By accessing or using the website https://dachirring.com, our Recruitment CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, and our recruitment platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, recruiters, employers, candidates, and others who access our platform.
DAC Hirring provides a digital platform to streamline talent acquisition. Recruiters, Team Leads, and Admins are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our cloud-based CRM to manage candidate profiles, monitor job applications, organize interviews, and orchestrate client requirements. Users may only use the platform for legitimate recruitment operations.
To utilize certain CRM features, you must establish an authorized user account. You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your account logins, credentials, and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach or use of your credentials. We implement security protocols to monitor sessions, but we cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Candidates submitting application materials, portfolios, and resumes through our platform represent and warrant that all submitted details are complete, truthful, and accurate. Candidates retain the ownership rights to their submitted documents but grant DAC Hirring the necessary rights to process and distribute this data to prospective employers for evaluation.
Employers utilizing our services agree to use candidate profile data solely for hiring purposes. Employers agree to treat all candidate information as highly confidential and comply fully with national data privacy standards. Any direct or indirect engagement of referred candidates is subject to the separate professional service agreements signed between DAC Hirring and the Employer.
Recruiters utilize our integrated WhatsApp Business API to communicate with candidates regarding job alerts and application details. By using our platform, recruiters and candidates agree to the following terms:
While we make reasonable efforts to verify candidate backgrounds and credentials, DAC Hirring does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of candidate or employer descriptions posted on our CRM. Users are encouraged to perform their own independent due diligence during the recruitment cycle.
The DAC Hirring platform, including its user interface design, logos, software codebase, database schemas, and proprietary methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of DAC Hirring Recruitment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under national and international intellectual property regulations.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall DAC Hirring Recruitment Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our CRM platform.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your user account or use of our CRM services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our business operations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
