• Recruiter Information: We collect recruiter names, email addresses, logins, session logs, IP addresses, browser specifications, and performance records within the CRM platform.
• Employer / Client Information: We collect employer business names, contact details, positions, locations, billing addresses, and job requirements.

3. Resume Data

Candidates can submit their resumes or CVs through our platform. Resume data is securely uploaded and stored in our cloud environment. This information is accessed solely by authorized recruiters and employers to evaluate qualifications for current or future job openings.

4. WhatsApp Communication & Meta API Usage

We integrate Meta Platforms, Inc. Developer tools, specifically the WhatsApp Business API, to enable recruiters to contact candidates regarding job alerts, application updates, and interview schedules.

• Data Collected: We process and log recipient mobile numbers, message delivery status (sent, delivered, read), WhatsApp conversation histories, and message contents.
• WhatsApp Opt-Out: Candidates can choose to opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will immediately cease sending messages to that mobile number via our WhatsApp Business integration.
• Meta Developer Policies: Our WhatsApp and Meta integrations fully comply with the Meta Developer Policies and Meta Business SDK Terms. We only store information necessary to log communication interactions between recruiters and candidates.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experiences, track sessions, and maintain secure authentication states in our CRM platform. We also use analytics tools (such as standard traffic analyzers) to monitor site activity, identify system errors, and optimize overall site speed and performance. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting, email delivery, and SMS/WhatsApp gateway providers) exclusively to facilitate our platform operations.
